Important Notice

Subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be issued for partial billing periods.

  • Item significantly not as described in the listing
  • Item arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging
  • Item was not shipped within the required timeframe
  • Wrong item received
  • Item never arrived (with proof of non-delivery)
