Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Join Now" in the top right corner of the website. You'll need to provide your email, create a password, and verify your age (18+). After registration, you can choose a subscription plan to start bidding.
Do I need a subscription to bid?
Yes, a subscription is required to place bids. We offer two plans: Standard ($6.99/month) for full bidding access, and Premium ($14.99/month) for early access to auctions and exclusive events.
How do I update my account details?
Log in to your account and navigate to Settings from the user menu. From there, you can update your personal information, payment methods, and notification preferences.
Bidding & Auctions
How do I place a bid?
Navigate to an active auction, enter your bid amount (which must be higher than the current bid plus the minimum increment), and click "Place Bid". Your bid is a binding commitment to purchase if you win.
When do auctions run?
Prime auctions run between 7pm-10pm AEST, with items closing at midnight. The exact closing time depends on the number of items being auctioned. Premium subscribers get 15 minutes early access.
What is anti-snipe protection?
If a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of an auction, the auction is automatically extended by 2 minutes. This prevents last-second "sniping" and gives all bidders a fair chance.
What happens when I win an auction?
You'll receive an email notification with payment instructions. Complete payment within 24 hours. Once paid, the creator will ship your item with tracking, and you'll receive delivery updates.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards for both subscriptions and auction payments.
Is GST included in auction prices?
Auction prices are displayed excluding GST. GST (10%) is added at checkout when you win an item, in accordance with Australian tax law.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Shipping & Delivery
How does shipping work?
Creators ship items directly to winning bidders within 3 business days of payment. All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided via email.
How do I track my order?
Once your item is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view tracking details in your account under "My Orders".
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we support international shipping to many countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Check individual listings for shipping information.
For Creators
How do I become a creator?
Register as a creator, complete our verification process (ID verification and selfie), and wait for approval (24-48 hours). Once verified, you can start listing items.
When do creators get paid?
Payouts are released 7 days after confirmed delivery. This waiting period protects both creators and buyers in case of disputes. Payments are made to valid bank accounts only.
Is the first auction really free?
Yes! Your first auction is completely commission-free to help you build confidence in our platform. After your first successful sale, standard commission rates apply.
Refunds & Disputes
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse. See our Refund Policy page for full details.
How do I raise a dispute?
Contact our support team at support@torcanaai.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order details and a description of the issue. We'll mediate between you and the creator.
